The Moon rules illusion, intuition, dreams, sexuality and the unknowable self beneath the image others see. Brooks became one of cinema's most hypnotic faces, yet resisted the machinery that wanted to possess that image; her reputation later underwent an extraordinary rediscovery. Datura and passionflower make this nocturnal and narcotic, while cardamom and clary sage give it an uncanny herbal edge. Beautiful, but impossible to fully pin down.
