How Long is the processing time for orders?

Since Hex Mundi is a small perfume house operated by one person processing time is typically 5-10 days and then shipping time. If you need something for a certain date please consider this time frame. I can often accommodate requests for sooner processing so please message and ask just in case!

my perfume separated during shipment, is that normal?

For my fragrances it absolutely is normal! I advise that you shake them all before spraying them. There is a high concentration of perfume oils(aromatic compounds) in my parfum and shaking them allows even dispersal before spraying!

Do you send out samples?

! do! I send samples of fragrances as well as a body butter in almost every order. You may request up to 3 specific fragrances per order by messaging me after placing it.
